What is Open Ticket?

An open ticket, like in many industries, is a type of ticket for a particular service that does not specify a date and can be used at any time with prior reservation. With the Open Ticket you have obtained from Core Air Sport, you can use the selected tandem paragliding flight at your chosen location within 1 year (from the year of purchase), at any time with prior reservation.

What is avantage of Open Ticket?

Especially, you will not be affected by any seasonal price changes, and you do not have to specify a date during the ticket purchase stage. You can use the ticket at any time within the year of purchase.

I bought my Open Ticket. How can I use it?

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email containing ticket and payment details.
You must make your reservation at least 4 days before the date you want to use your ticket by contacting us either by phone or email.
After the reservation process, all information regarding the service provider will be sent to you via email. (Contact information, address, general information before the flight, etc.)
All you need to do is to be at the specified address and time on the day of the reservation.

I have determined my flight date and made my reservation. Can I make changes afterwards?

After the reservation process is completed, no changes can be made regarding the date.

For example: After the reservation process, the service provider (paragliding tandem company) made the necessary preparations and did not accept reservations depending on the availability. In this case, if you want to make changes, the service provider will be put in a difficult position.

This is a joint decision we have made with the companies we have agreed to prioritize you in every way.

Can I cancel my Open Ticket and get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your ticket and get a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund process is calculated by deducting necessary expenses such as taxes, payment integrations, etc., from the ticket fare.

If the expiration date of my Open Ticket has passed, what can I do?

Expired Flight Tickets can be updated and used by paying the price difference based on the current rates for flights in the same region for the following year.
